In Response to Re: Sky Bet Club - Check your e-mails! : Hi Fins, The password was sent in Monday's Sky Bet Club e-mail to customers who met the entry requirements. Double check the e-mail as the password is in the body of the text. Kirsty Posted by SkyKirsty
Hello,
The password is actually just underneath the main message/body of the email in it's own separate section beneath the email. There will be a Sky Bet Club image along with details of the freeroll including the password.
why is it not set up so if you've qualified it allows you to join if not refuses you entry as per the earn 10 points the last 24hours etc type registration Posted by dumb_blond
Hi Dumb,
Thanks for the feedback. We usually use the sending out of passwords in emails when we are rewarding players for using other Sky products.

hi dumb------ Kirsty I've seen cat fights started with greetings like that db or blondie would have come over a bit better for all you might be telling the truth
I also checked with my email provider who say no emails have been received apart from billing & customer service replies.
I am confused!!!

Thanks for your E-mail. I have looked into your account and can see that you have qualified for the SkyBet Freeroll. Unfortunately i am unable to provide the password at this moment in time as it still is yet to be sent out to those who qualify.
From viewing your account, i cannot see a reason why you would not receive the password when it is sent out, as all the signs on our side show that you are set up to receive E-mail from ourselves, i would advise that you also check any Spam/junk e-mail inbox that you have.
OK so the password has not been sent out! How can 161 people be registered? Hi, it has been sent out - I got it on Monday (as I do every Monday when I qualify for a free bet token). And I just registered for the freeroll using the information within that email.

Strange! I edited my post above and put in a small snapshot of the email I received mid-afternoon Monday (which I get every week I qualify).
Hey Guess What? Its Monday! NO EMAIL!!!!! Now There's a Surprise!!! Posted by DUNMIDOSH
For the first time (as far as I can remember) I didn't get my Free Bet email either. I did get the text (for the first time as I only enabled it at the weekend). It contains only the free bet details, not the freeroll password.

Me too, I doubt the email has been sent out yet as only a handful registered.
Dear Suits, Will this be sorted out by Sunday? Any promotion is nice to receive, but to be honest having spent the last three weeks chasing your flag ship promotion i'm wondering whether its worth it. Could someone please let us know what is happening? Thank You Posted by DUNMIDOSH
I have received the last 2 on the Monday, but this week no email, I'm sure it will be sorted out before the tourney starts, if not I'm sure the world will keep spinning and we will survive the "I can't get in a freeroll apocalypse" gl if you get It )

I Agree Free Rolls are an added bonus.
However, If a promotion is up in lights and promises a return for meeting betting requirements.
When it doesn't happen for three consecutive weeks, Am I being harsh for being a tad ticked off?
I have met the requirement tenfold +
So the free roll has actually cost over £250
Losing 861 was bad enough but now if you can't trust the promotions, is it not worth considering, why bother taking part?

Whilst I agree the promo doesn't appear to have gone as smoothly as possible, the bit in bold is a ridiculous comment.

Hi,
Please see a few replies above the posts from myself, snuffer & Stevemax. There appears to be an issue with this week's email. For the first time I haven't received anything this week via email. I don't run anti-spam on any of my mail servers or clients, so 'junk' is never a concern for me.
I'm not overly concerned, as I still get my free bet token, but it is unusual - and of course the additional bonus of the freeroll password being within that email is therefore missed. Just pointing it out.
