Hi, it just means I'm betting against them to win. For example I'm laying Reading, so I win my bet if it's a draw or if Colchester win. This is the result after 90 mins for the cup games tonight.

    OK, so first week was not a good start! -£39.04 Treble - £20 @ 2.88/1 Blackburn v Shrewbury - 3/4 Cardiff v Wimbeldon - 4/9 Charlton v Dagenham - 8/15 Treble - £20 @ 2.62/1 Ipswich v Stevenage - 1/2 MK Dons v Leyton Orient - 8/11 Sheffield Wednesday v Mansfield - 2/5 Treble - £20 @ 2.1/1  Accrington v Hull - 8/15 Swindon v Exeter - 8/13 Wolves v Newport - 1/4 So the idea here, if one of those comes in it's profit for the evening. Hopefully at least 2 will win and that will put me in profit for the season...

So I had this £20 treble come in. How much did I win for it? ... £1.05p ... Yes, this pellet cashed out with 15 minutes left to just recover what I could from looked like a dead bet. Ipswich scored seconds after I clicked the button, then MK Dons scored 2 goals after the 90th minute had passed.

In total I cashed out for £4.37. Making it a loss of £55.63

    Total this season - -£94.67

Seems hard this week to find a game I'm confident on but here goes...

    Middlesbrough v Bolton - 8/15
Celtic vs Inverness CT - 1/5 (Terrible odds, but I'm struggling this week)
    Liverpool vs Bournemouth - 4/9

    Treble - £25 - Potential return - £66.44

Good luck with this Charlie big time ;)

I am trying my hand at more sports betting this season, so I will add my selections/results to this thread if ok. Only doing 4/5/6 or 7 fold for small stakes.

I also hate waiting on results of games when other ones have already won, so all mine will be 3 o'clock sat KO's.

Sat 15th August. - All home wins for......

    Boro v Bolton
    Forest v Rotherham
    Scunthorpe v Crewe
    Cheltenham v Southport
    Grimbsy v Bromley
    Celtic v ICT

    Pays just over 12/1.

I'm off on my holibobs in the early hours, so I won't be betting the next 2 sats. Good luck to the rest of you, stay away from that cashout button flash!

Absolute ditto. I've got a £5 free bet from the Premiership promotion so will pop that on an accumulator for tomorrow's games methinks. Thought about putting it on a single home-banker match just to get the few quid for free - but then I thought surely i'm just better off essentially buying a lottery ticket since there's no risk in it for me.

I found I've got a free £5 bet, so I've stuck that on a "request a bet". I wanted Liverpool to win by 2 goals or more and Benteke to score but they haven't added it. (Only to win by exactly 2 + Benteke @11/4). So instead I've gone for Liverpool to win, with Benteke scoring and Skrtel to get a card. Only issue with this, is if Liverpool are all over them then Skrtel might not be challenged much. Anyway 5/1 and as it's a free bet I'm not adding it to my expenditure :P

Request a bet seem to be really really tight... i went round all sites to try and get odds on Bradley Dack to be top league 1 scorer, was mainly getting quoted 90-150/1 (managed 200 with our irish friend) went sky got back to me they offered 40/1..

I reckon Skrtel to get a card will be 5/2 on its own with some firms
