The first MTT i ever won was one I played on 888 back when I was 14 or so. There was this promotion where Romanian players got access to this $100 team freeroll just for playing so i made multiple accounts under Romanian aliases and registered for each of the twenty teams to guarantee myself some money, whilst patting myself on the back for being so clever. I saved all the details of the account for them in a word document. I ended up busting on two of the accounts before putting a good run together on the rather poorly named 'imod888lol'. I managed to ship it for $15 whole dollars and somehow this was one of the few accounts that didn't get banned. It felt amazing to win, i got hardly anything for my paper round and suddenly I can click a few buttons online and be $15 richer? Yes please.

I actually managed to spin my bankroll up to $600 through sheer luck on the push fold tables, chasing any draw and betting at random and somehow winning. ( if only this still worked) I had a conversation with my dad about it who surprisingly enough wasn't too thrilled by my exploits and decided that it would be best not to try and withdraw the money. I punted it off the following day playing $110 double your moneys. ( I've never liked them)  Quite amusing to look back on but really **** stupid, I don't think 888 would have reacted too kindly to an attempted withdrawal. When i punted off the money it was just like play chips, I could never claim it so it had no value to me.

FeelGroggy I am sure your secret is safe! Funny the things we do in our teens and think we are so smart.

My first win was a bit of a hollow one.

I was at Gala Casino in Nottingham. I got heads up with Richard Berridge. A very successful local businessman.
He had far more chips than me but offered me a deal where I got more money. So I won right?

Sadly it wasn't because he thought I was better than him. He said the money meant nothing to him. There was a promotion at the time where they had a league and the winner won a Vegas trip. He said he wanted to be given first place as he needed the points.
He said he'd settle up with me at the cash desk and would also take care of the valets. (Lucky him)

It was still a win for me though yeah?

A win is a win. Nice one Paul. Nothing hollow about it at all.
