Hi Jordz, I remember you pushed me to the wire in the semi-final last year! I just snatched it 4-3 if my memory is correct. I'm sure you will once again be a tough competitor this year.
FYI, I am more than happy for people that haven't sponsored the TLB2016 initiative as yet, to make a small pledge and by doing so they will be eligible to enter the heads up comp.
I may well open it up to more than 16 runners if their is the support for it.
Well we've got our 16 now, subject to the Bromley's confirmation.
It's filled up quite quickly, so I'll give it a few days, I may consider additional entries if there is significant demand. So still post here if you want in.
Stick me in the heads-up competition Graham. In last year's Phantom66 HU comp I managed to last till the Round of 16, so will be aiming this time round for the quarter-finals. Sigh, it's all sounding very England football team, isn't it? Posted by RICHORFORD
GL Rich. I have just replied to your PM. All the best!
I will leave registration open for a little while yet. Clearly we will now have a prelim round with most players getting byes. It will be generated randomly using a "fixture generating" tool/website.
In the mean time, if anyone else would like to enter this, and are happy to make, or have already made a pledge for the TLB2016 charity initiative, we would love for you to join us. Feel free to post here if you would like to do so.
Stick me in the heads-up competition Graham and pledge me up for £25 please. :-) In last year's Phantom66 HU comp I managed to last till the Round of 16, so will be aiming this time round for the quarter-finals. Sigh, it's all sounding very England football team, isn't it? Posted by RICHORFORD
Many thanks for your generous pledge and support of this Richard. I'm really hoping your participation may encourage others to do the same!
I am thrilled to announce that I have received a PM from Tikay stating that both he and Neil Channing will be playing in the TLB2016 Heads Up Cup and are sponsoring £100 each.
Thank you both so much for your support, in the form of time, money and generosity of spirit. I have updated the opening post spreadsheets to reflect these donations and recent competitor results.
If you would like to have the potential opportunity (random draw each round) to play against the likes of Neil Channing, Tikay and Richard Orford, simply make a pledge to the TLB2016 charity initiative on this thread (no monies will be collected until Jan 2017) and join in the fun.
All the best,
Graham.

Thanks for the invite, & I'm delighted to take part.
This is a great initiative by you which involves a lot of hard work over a lengthy period. You deserve to succeed.
Mr Ambo is very busy this week, with BE & Goodwood, so I doubt we'll hear much from him until next week, but we communicated yesterday & I know he'll be taking part, too.
