I seem to be getting a fair bit of stick from regs at the chat on tables when i play, and on social Media, (even regs i have never spoke to before) for helping hhamza and content i am posting, I wont be naming names as I'm am not that type of person but this is just to let the guys giving me stick know were I am at with this.

I haven't worked on a 1 on 1 basis with hhamza yet, just what i have posted here,

so i wanted to make it clear that all it does is make me more determined to help him and people that struggle as i think every one should have a chance of help if they want to learn, I'm not looking to upset anyone at all but thought this was a forum to come and learn from and for me it really is.

I have had situations in my life that have been very difficult I suffer with ADHD my whole life and if it was not for good kind people making time to help me I would be in a far worse place than I am now, so I know first hand the value of helping others.

This forum has helped me a lot and probably most people that read it, so i don't see why people would have any kind of problem.

hope you don't mind me posting this here hhamza or Tikay its just that the people that seem to have any problem with me over helping or content I'm posting will read this here.

    Thanks

    Binks.

Not in the least - carry on.

And ignore all that nonsense in chat boxes & Social Media. If it's wrong to try & help others, then God help us all.

    Hi hhamza

If you work hard you can for sure get back in the green, working on bankroll management is so key to sustaining a long term win rate, if you run bad or feel the need to gamble as you say above you should just quite the session and do something different, poker will always be here to come back to when you have had time to chill out.

If I run bad or want to try new ranges I have worked on, I move down in stakes so it wont effect the bank roll.

As an example after cashing out over Christmas I have just over 2k (not in any way a brag just for the example) to play the 20s/30s and sometimes the 50s if they run well, but I wont move up to the 100s until I reach 40-50 BIs then take some shots because I know variance can have an effect at any time.

I wish you all the best m8, and remember if you need help just let me know.

    gl,

    Binks.

Yeah I completely agree with this and thank you. Unfortunately I had a shot at spin ups and it didn't go so well so that's definitely the end of them for me.

    Hi HHamza

I've seen you on some cash + DYMs recently. Hopefully you can get back on track. Avoid spin ups if you can mate! As soon as a competent player builds any reasonable sized stack in these, it's really hard to get into the game without punting off 10bb each hand...

    Profit -£1356.84
    Cash bonus +£481.64

    = -£875.20

I assumed they were typos, but you have done it for your past 2 updates

You're reading it wrong Waller. The profit figure is the grand total of cash + cash bonus.
