Its extremely important to get some good grub inside you before you hit the tables as it can be exhausting and highly energy consuming!
Last Night I had:
Garlic Chicken with potatoes, cabbage, green beans, and plenty of stuffing lol!
Yum Yum... it carried me through some hardcore poking!

On a serious diet here, so it was salad (ugh), washed down with a mug of steaming hot Oxo. Supper was a cup-a-soup.

I had roast beef & veg that the missus did'nt cook sunday, washed down with a claret..... not bad for a ghetto kid!
Packet of choccy homewheat and a pint of blue top milk for emergency munch sesh if req.
If that lot doesn't kill you then a bad beat probably will lol.
If you last as long as me on the tables you will be ok with a quails egg on a Ritz cracker and 3 cigs lolol
