    Poor return in the EPRs with Admiral's Sunset my only place. 

    Just had a recovery in the 8.40 at Kempton with Golly Miss Molly. 

    Started as a sentimental punt as we lost our pet dog Molly this year. Having read the comments and watched the replay from her C&D win seemed great value at 6/1 for a repeat. Has a tremendous burst of speed for the finish of a 2m race and was even more emphatic this time coming from the back despite a 4lb rise. Also drifted to 7/1.

    I did have some luck elsewhere yesterday in fact started with the 1st 2 winners at Newmarket (why didn't I nap Cardsharp) and also had a 14/1 winner at Carlisle from an old favourite Maureb. Had napped the selection previously at Carlisle when it ran well but followed a suicidal front runner and ran out of steam. 

    Another old nap winner Zambezi Queen is running today at Chepstow. Still to see if the 12lb handicap from that win is manageable. I missed her latest outing as I was caught up in Royal Ascot but she only came 3rd in a 4 horse race. She did jump out slowly that day and giving her the benefit. She is fav so not great odds so I added a smaller bet at the enhanced 6/1 for a 2l victory.
