    OK we have a dilemma if it rolls over.

    A £200K roll over but no "formal" funds.

    It could be an admin nightmare, but do I use the funds that are due tomorrow? (which shouldn't formally be used until 01/07/17)

    Thoughts? We'd need to decide quickly.

    If we do we'd need to "freeze" share-holdings unless one off payments are made and received shortly after midnight.

    I would personally wait until funds are in the account before the next attempt. It could get 'messy' if not. I am, however, willing to go with the majority if anything is agreed. I just think getting all syndicate members to agree/vote on this in a short time period is a no go. 

    Like poker is a never ending game, there will be plenty of chances to attempt the next rollovers coming up in the next few weeks/months.

    If I don't hear anything on this by 5PM we'll have to give it a miss I think as will be too much to get organised with audit etc.

    Just would be a shame not to attempt it if it does roll over, as not sure when we will see as big a roll over as there is "potentially" here.

    Jury's out, will depend if we can get Dollie/Snuffer to do a quick audit early tomorrow AM.

    Lets see what happens in LEG 5. 5 UNITS on Too Many Diamonds and 0.5 UNITS on Cabernet D'alene

    if the fav wins the 5 th race there is a very good chance of it being won today with 5 units going onto the last race so lets  wait and and see   -  if it does roll over again I guess going for it makes sense.

    OK it's a rollover.

    Note to Vaigret, please make your one of payment of £10.04 ASAP if you want to be included if we go for it tomorrow.

    I will send screen shots to the auditors in the early hours tonight and all transactions will need to be there by then.

    OK this is the plan:

    We will go for it under the proviso that all funds are received and visible in the bank account by 10AM.

    Other than Vaigret's two shares, no changes to shares can be made this month.

    Hopefully Dollie will verify the share holdings by 11AM.

    If everything is in order by 11AM we will go for it.

    I am fairly sure it will be WOLVERHAMPTON with CHEPSTOW being my second choice.

    With it being such a big roll over, hopefully we will hear formally soon.

    Received, thx mate. For clarification, Vaigret will have two shares effective 00:01 on 26th June 2017.

    IE, he will have a stake in tomorrow's bet.

    OP will be updated when monies received from other's Standing Orders (due in from midnight tonight). I just hope every payment gets through OK and is for the correct amount.

    Apologies from my earlier post Graham. I read it as you would be using your own funds for this attempt on our behalf. I now understand that you will hopefully have the syndicates next batch of payments to work with.

    FYI all.

    Most of the payments typically come in at about 00:05am, although there are usually a couple that take 2 to 3 hours.

    I am hoping that they will all be in and I can send the screen shots to Dollie and Snuffer before I go to bed tonight.

    Which is usually about 3AM.

    I am expecting to receive a total of £1,915 in Standing Orders + Vaigret's £10.04 = £1,925.04.

    We have £8.77 in the kitty, so I am hoping we will have £1,933.81 in the betting account by tomorrow morning, assuming all payments are received as planned.

    At the moment I plan to spend about £600 on the attempt. A bit more than usual because of the large roll over.
