Site Problems Last Night (19th Feb)

Hi guys,

The site experienced a few problems last night which may have affected your ability to play at the tables/ log-in to the site.

these problems weren't isolated to Sky Poker and affected the whole of Sky Betting and Gaming.

we sincerely apologise if you were unable to log-in or play in any tournaments and realise this must have been extremely frustrating for all involved.

if you feel the interrupted service affected your table/ tournament play then please get in contact with the customer care team (by clicking here)

they will be more than happy to look at all reported cases and award refunds where applicable.

(please be aware that the team may be experiencing high volumes of traffic so it might take slightly longer than usual to answer your query - but please stay patient and all queries will eventually be answered.)

    Rich, for once I was glad that my table froze, I missed 1 hand which aint that bad but when I saw QQ being folded I was mortified - that was until I saw AA v KK and the AA held up - thank you for making me crash when I did - I owe you lol!!

    i go out on thursday nights so dont play on this one day of the week, and thats twice its crashed on a thursday, so maybe there is something in this ??? - or not, im off to area 51.

    I just spoke to Graham and he refunded my tournament buy in.

     welcome to the new sky poker where nothin ever seems to work
