    Hope the weather doesn't put a spanner in the works...


    Trouble is it is not due to happen until this afternoon and they will be isolated thunderstorms, so could have 30mm of rain or nothing.

    Probably safest to assume no change to ground, but later races could potentially be running under soft conditions.

    Potential three perms on OP.

    Had to make some tough removals and also couldn't put all NAP's in. Especially big priced NAP's that cover just a small amount of the betting percentage.

    I did try to incorporate horses like NATAVIA and HORSEPLAY, NOT SO SLEEPY, but things would have had to give that I wasn't happy with.

    The perm cost spiralled to /> £600 which when the roll over is only small, is too much really.

    There may be some last minute changes based on market moves, but the OP is now close to what I expect our bets to be.

    To be fair while I asked for Horseplay to be added and have Napped it, it really is more of a value bet and good ew value imo. Still has something to prove on the form line.

    The only straw to clutch at opposing Rhodedendron is the distance having never been over 8f. So let's hope that proves a non-issue.

    We're very exposed in LEG 4, but there was overwhelming NAP's for BOROCCO, so had to choose a leg to "under" cover, and based on NAP's, I determined it was probably best to be LEG 4.

    Lets hope BOROCCO wins. :=)

    However from a "statistical" perspective, I am unhappy with LEG4, especially in PERM B.

    Tried other alternatives, but decided I needed to leave as is. Perm sizes just got out of control otherwise.

    If we are still in after LEG 3, LEG 4 will be a nervous watch.

    There's also been a lot of money for CARDSHARP, making me feel a little uneasy about DE BRUYNE HORSE as semi-banker in the first, but have stuck with it as it was well supported by you guys.

    The horses are all here now, but there was a big delay. Just after my original post they showed the horse boxes being unloaded. 

    Just now they showed the team walking the track.

    They interviewed a vet on ITV who said not ideal as normal routine is to arrive early have a drink and have time to settle.

    Hopefully they will interview someone from Ballydoyle before long.

    My bad that we are out of PERM C.

    I changed GK CHESTERTON to REMARKABLE at last minute. (Sorry to those who NAP'd former)

    It was our smallest perm, and STILL IN PERM A AND PERM B.
