Looks like a NO-GO tomorrow, but can't say for sure until they decide which meeting it is.
I am guessing that won't be until about 2.30-3.00am. I usually stay up to find out, but I have a bit of man flu at the moment, so not sure if I'll be awake. If anyone else finds out, please post on here.
The way I usually tell is by going through the motions of putting a Jackpot bet on. They usually load up the runners at about 2.30am and once loaded, when you click on "Jackpot" and it loads up the runners for whatever meeting it is.
If they are not loaded then nothing happens when you click on Jackpot, hope this makes sense.
WP to all winners today, especially Maxally with the biggest price and Rabdeniro who moves to the top of the table (level on profit ahead on no of winners with Vaigret)

Hi all. I have just taken a look at Newbury again and the market moves. IF it IS Newbury, do you think we should go for it? With our limited bankroll we'd have to have STAGE MAGIC as an absolute banker in the 2.10PM. I appreciate it's late notice, but if you are still up, what do you think? Cheers, G Posted by StayOrGo
Graham
Whilst the form for STAGE MAGIC looks good I am always concerned with races like these when there are 4 first time outers who could be anything and others who could come on even more for their first run.
Having said that if we dont have Stage Magic as an absolute banker then who would we add bearing in mind my comment above.
On reflection I wouldnt go for it even if we didnt have to have STAGE MAGIC as an absolute banker as there are too many inponderables in all of the first three races.

I agree with V too. I was having a look at Stage Magic's race and whilst he has the best form of those that have run, he was very green on debut, and although he's bound to improve, I never like having 2-y-o's as absolute Bankers, particularly with some of the unraced horses having fantastic pedigrees. Elsaakb could be absolutely anything (he's related to a 124 rated horse!), and although Gosden likes them to have a nice easy introduction, i think you've made the right decision not to go for it and wait for a better opportunity....... hopefully.

Hopefully correct but they do need checking please.
So a definite NO-GO.
