A new Promotion starts next Monday, with £32,000 up for grabs - Micro Madness.

Primarily aimed at lower stakes cash players - you can enter any (or all) of 5 different Leagues, from 2p-4p right up to 25p-50p.

    I have been thinking about giving cash a bash again so this might just tempt me in.

    It states Spinups count which saves me a question but I suspect may promote some discussion.

    Other questions

    1. Does PLO count?
    2. Does HU count?

    1) PLO cash games count, yes.

    2) Heads Up games are EXCLUDED. Good question that, I should have made that clear earlier.

    9. There will daily leaderboard updates for all five levels. which will display poker points earned. Please allow until 6pm for these to be updated onsite.

    Haha thanks Tikay! Was going to have a chilled October but looks like I'll be grinding again. Haven't checked promo out fully yet tho to see wether I have a chance with the other regular prio players.

    Hi Tikay

    Looks like a great promo. I'm close to hitting priority again this month but might hold off now so I get to enter this instead - don't think I'd stand a chance in the priority version of this given the insane volume that some of the other guys seem to put in!

    A few questions to clarify some things if you can help.

    1) When you click the opt in button does it automatically opt you in to all the different leagues available? There doesn't seem to be a seperate opt in button for each league.

    2) Do you need to opt in for each week or just the once at the start of the promo?

    3) Is your league placing at the end of the week simply based upon the total number of regular poker points accumulated at each given stake/league over the course of that week? For example, the recent premiership promo gave you a daily number of 'league points' based upon based upon how much you'd played over the preceding 24 hours relative to the other players.

    4) I see heads up cash tables are excluded. However, if you are table starting, or people leave and you happen to find yourself heads up on the regular 6 max tables, will those points count towards your league placing?    

    5) Under the Jump Start promo you get double points for short handed play on regular 6 max tables. Do these extra points count towards your league score/points total?

    Yes, when you click OPT IN, you are then Opted in to ALL LEAGUES.

    You do not need to "nominate" a League, you can play 1 league, 2, 3 or all or spread your efforts amongst all 4.

    You only need to Opt in ONCE, when you first start, once you are in you are in, never to escape.

    It is based on regular poker points. Earn (say) 500 points on Day One, & if that is enough to get you on the Leaderboard, it will say 500 points.

    To clarify, it is Heads Up TABLES that are excluded, not "Heads Up" on a 6 seater table.

    If you happen to find yourself Heads Up on a 6 Seater, then your points will count. It's never happened to me though - whenever an empty seat appears on my Cash Tables, there are generally 8 or 10 waiting to take the seat. No ideas why, perhaps they enjoy my company?

    No, you can't leverage the 2 Promotions together.

    EDIT - Ignore that answer, I was wrong, I was confusing Micro Madness with Happy Hours. So YES, your extra points from Jump Start WOULD count.
     
    Apologies for the confusion. "Kendall contradicted himself AGAIN" thread from my friend incoming at some point in the next 3 months.
