** REMOVALS TEST AT TAUNTON TOMORROW 01/11/17 ** ROGER CAN YOU PREP FIRST TWO LEGS ONLY? **

Hi guys,

It will be a NO-GO tomorrow, but I would like to conduct a removals test process, and I would appreciate it if all who can, participate.

This is how I would like the process to work:

1) Roger preps the card as normal tonight (but just for the FIRST TWO legs at TAUNTON) (Taunton won't be the Jackpot Meeting, but it's just a test, the scores won't count)
2) I prep the removal sheet.
3) People apply their removals to the sheet
4) Snuffer or I total the number of removals for each horse.
5) I will score my card on the sheet and then people can follow suit using mine as an example.

Please do help with this so we can iron out any issues before the next GO-LIVE

Roger are you OK to prep TAUNTON this evening? Just the first two legs please. (Send the actual file to me by email as before, I will upload the data to GOOGLE.)

If Roger can get the spreadsheet to me by 9pm, I will try and do my bit by 11pm.

Deadline for doing you test removals will be 12.30pm tomorrow.

    OK, here we go for the TEST REMOVALS from TAUNTON (Two LEGS only for test purposes)

    PLEASE REMOVE FIVE OF THE LIGHT BLUE FIVE INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE FROM EACH LEG:

    (COPY/PASTE FROM SHORTLIST ( COLUMN B ) VIA LINK BELOW, AS I HAVE DONE)

    FYI, Roger, I have sent you a REMOVERS TEMPLATE in GOOGLE, for you to play around with. Let me know how it goes. Only you and I have access to it, so have a play. I have a backup.

    Going forward it will be best if you provide the spreadsheet directly in GOOGLE. What I have sent you is my first pass at a template:

    It is titled, "ROGERS_GOOGLE_TEST_REMOVALS_TEMPLATE"

    Let me know if you have any questions.

    Tried to go into the Removals sheet, but needed permission. I dont normally do them, but just thought I would help out with the testing today. I can still go into the NAPS sheets though.

    Removers are done but I've had to manually enter mine (C+P quite tricky on tablet for some reason). The cells are looking a bit messy with the longer named horses.

    Hi MISTY, yes I can see them OK. Only slight problem is that you (or someone else) have changed the background colour to light blue on 4 unwanted cells.

    I will leave you to try and correct.

    Hi Snuffer.

    Regarding your removals. Did you type them in?

    They have lost the formatting/background colour etc, and don't wrap.

    If you copy/paste them from the shortlist, rather than type in, all should be well

    Hi G,

    Don't know if you saw SNUFFER post above, if NAP/REMOVERS are not at home and working on PHONE/TABLET then COPY/PASTE may be an issue.
