In Heads up hyper games even a slight delay in the game opening can be quite significant, hope this can be resolved pretty quickly.

Yes, completely understand that in HU Hypers it's far from ideal.

I've not heard back from the office, so I don't know where they are with resolving it. If I hear back in the morning, I'll let everyone know.

The delay in tables opening is minuscule, and really makes no difference. IMO, of course.

I have played 8 games so far today, mostly 3 & 4 tabling, and not missed a single hand at the start of a game. Lost a few of them though......

Can't believe your playing those first few hands TiKay..... obv. those premium pairs aren't holding early doors !

The delay in the updating of tournament lobbies is not ideal for MTT players. Not really 'complaining' as such, but if this lag is not looked at/corrected, you may find a few more unhappy punters.

Where is Sky Elf when you need him/her? B)

    Morning all.

I've not had any further updates from the Team yet, but I do know the issue was escalated to Service Desk, who sort these things, yesterday.

If & when I hear anything, I'll update you immediately.

Just played the first Sunday Major Early Semi sat., and it's still laggy and slow to update tourney lobby, with players AWAY early too(though they may have registered and were just late), but I didn't miss a hand, so it isn't really that bad.

    Update, (of sorts)

    1020am, Sunday.

Just had an update from the Tech Team.

They struggled to replicate the problem yesterday, but they did try a few things, none of which seems to have worked.

They have been advised this morning that the problem persists, so are going to have another look under the bonnet today.

So, not much help, but I think it helps to know that The Business are taking it seriously, & are trying to sort it.

If & when I hear more, I will let you all know.

I played 30 DYM's last night, mainly 5 & 6 tabling, & I doubt I missed 4 or 5 hands the entire session, so to me, it's not really a problem. I'd probably have folded them, or lost, anyway.....

It's wrong though, & I do understand why some feel a little cross.

Fingers crossed it gets resolved quickly, or, at the very least, does not get any worse.

    Apologies to those affected.

As of 7p.m. the site seems to be working fine for me now.

Lobby is up to date, and I'm even getting a count down to the start of my DYM games.

    Well done the Tech Team.

    Update, 21.30 Sunday

    Hi Guys,

As several have posted, the problem seems to have been solved now.

I was sent a note saying that some changes had been made to the back-end, which was hoped would solve the prob.

Judging by the replies above, & my own experience tonight, looks like it did the job.

Apologies for the problems over the last few days, let's hope everything runs reasonably smoothly over Xmas.
