In other sports, is it possible for chemical/other solutions to recreate a level playing field? 4. But in other instances, biological women need an element of sporting protection

By total random unintended chance, that VHS camcorder, recorded, what it did. that footage, 'aired once' , and only ever once, in the hours after this terrible event, and vanished, despite extensive efforts, spanning near 25 years, to trace it. There was, a genuine still picture, from that exact footage,must be available somewhere, but seems to have disappeared as well. I saw this, with my own eyes, for ten seconds. The image below, is close, very close, it 'fits', save for, time stamp incorrect, should be 20.30, but there's a very obvious plausible reason, why a home operated VHS camcorder in 1996 might have a time stamp, 21.39 rather than 20.30.In real time, footage, the sky a little lighter, the water visible much more clarity, in the foreground, half a dozen people with a drink in their hands.
