i regged into £5.50 omaha8 bounty hunter last night at 7.15pm and i could not get to play for over 2 hours what rules are there about this surely i should get a refund

Pease take a look at the thread I have linked below - most of the problems & answers from last night have been addressed on that.

And yes, if your game was affected & you were unable to play any hands, on the face of it you should get a full refund.

And yes, if your game was affected & you were unable to play any hands, on the face of it you should get a full refund.

i did actually play 1 hand when te blinds were 400 800 but did not get to play any of te lower blinds
