Tonight's site issues - MTT's not loading.

With so many separate threads I'm struggling to post on them all, but I do have a part update.

Several of the MTT's have now been CANCELLED for tonight, including the 8pm Main.

Refunds as appropriate WILL be issued, but that may not be tonight, if not, I imagine they'll be processed in the morning.

If any have been settled & you think they have been settled wrongly, there is nothing I can do tonight but they WILL be addressed tomorrow morning.

I can only repeat what I have been told, which is that numerous tournaments have been cancelled, if that's incorrect, I am sorry.

Several players on the various threads have already commented that they have received refunds,which does suggest some have been cancelled.

It will all be properly sorted in the morning, nothing more I can do or say right now. I'm sure Sky Poker will try to settle everyone fairly.

7.30 Hi Lo was dead for ages, now I find it is up and running (ironically the table DIDN'T restart this time!) I have virtually been blinded out. I'm guessing I should just blind out to get a refund, as if I play a hand they'll have a reason to not refund.

Asking for others really, it's only a fiver.

Ah I shoulda guessed the games were dodgy, best I've run in ages in the FR which should have been a sign the RNG was busto, and then it suddenly stops for no apparent reason



Can't be long till the Stars tech guys can start helping with the software?

Just to reiterate guys, refunds may not be fully processed tonight, but where appropriate, they will be sorted in the morning.

First priority right now is to sort the technical issues.

A full "mop-up" WILL take place tomorrow morning.

Does anyone have a link to the MTT cancellation policy in the T&Cs please? I'm sure I've seen it before but struggling to find it now, especially with games running.

Umm.. they refunded me minus rake for not playing a hand, dont think its unreasonable to mention it, considering its unlikely theyre gonna make 2 refunds for same tourney? But w/e if u like paying it thats fine
