As far as flop slowplays go, AA with a club is a very reasonable hand to use. There aren't really any bad turns or runouts we can't call two bets on; we can pick off bluffs/ worse value bets easily. Slow-playing a hand like JJ on the flop would be much worse because now there's a lot more scary turns ( Q, K, A) that even if they don't improve villain's hand mean we cannot get as much value.
Your river logic is strange. You say villain is aggressive and you think they might be 'double barreling turn and river' as a bluff so you shove? You can just call and win the hand. He has plenty of possible bluffs and even worse value bets, river is just an easy call. You cannot shove and get called by worse and our hand is far too good to try and turn into a bluff. You can't really represent many flushes by going all in as a lot of your flop flush draws are going to bet the flop after re-raising.
Don't fall into the trap of having a good hand and trying to slowplay every time though.
