Today we should celebrate a very special milestone on Sky Poker, but before we do, let's run though who won what, as usual;
Predator Main
Poker is great, it gives & takes, though we remember the takes & not so much the gives.
A few weeks ago, at Road to Manchester,
@gez_bear departed in a huge 3 way coup, his Queens well ahead of the 8-8 of
@rspca12 but in dreadful trouble against the Kings of
@BarrattG1. The last-named went on to win the thing &
@gez_bear went home empty handed.
Last night it was give night though, & gez_bear ran out the winner. Gotta love poker's swings & swongs.
Runner-up was
@lacey0790 who beat our Edingburgh-based friend
@glencoelad into 3rd.
6th place went to
@Akooo, who seems to be very much on the upgrade, & if he were a horse, I'm sure Timeform would append a "p" or even a "P" to his name. But not a squiggle.
@MacMonster ran 11th,
@Super_Oli 13th, with
@BooBooTheB - runner-up in the 8pm Main the previous night - in 21st, one pip ahead of
@MattBates.

Predator Mini
Odd one this, the winner, the oddly-aliased @UncTupelo, seems only to play every other night, & then just single tables. Not sure I could ever single table an MTT for 4 or 5 hours, but if it works for some, don't knock it I guess.
In 4th was an interesting one, @luckme002, who makes a decent return here, actually tops the Sharky Leaderboard for "Most Scheduled MTT's played on Sky Poker in 2019". In fact, he not only tops it, but leads by an absolute mile, having played 50% more than his nearest competitor. For context, he has played twice as many Sky Poker MTT's in 2019 as @MattBates.
5th went to @engy, who is doing very nicely at the moment.
7th was @sillymid, and that was his 2nd 8.30pm Mini FT Bubble in three nights if I'm not mistaken.
In 10th was @Dazler, dad of Oscar, who only returned to Sky Poker in the last week or so, & seems to be going along nicely.
23rd went to @TTT69, who was runner-up in the Mini the previous night.
Sheriff
The globe-trotting @RUNITSRANN, who only returned to Sky Poker 4 nights ago after a 3 month sabbatical, recorded his first win since his return, & it certainly won't be his last, this fella has real game, & I'm sure he needed it last night to beat @GSmith13 into the runner-up berth, with yet another final for @Super_Oli in 5th.
How about this for an almighty scrap for the lower places?
7th @GFKIJKLL
8th @MattBates
9th @Wacko90
10th @SenorBegs
11th @cpfc_2010
12th @FeelGroggy
13th @scotty77
What price would you take with 13 left that none of that bunch would make the Final? Had to be an odds-on shot.
They were just a few spots ahead of @Itsover4u @chicknMelt, @Ironpump1 and @SoLack, too.
Takes some winning, this one.
Quickdraw
Very small field for this last night - just 23, down from 39 the previous night. Hard to explain how field sizes vary so much some nights.
Usual Suspects dominated this, as you'd expect, with the first 6, respectively, being @chicknMelt, @BooBooTheB (who must be getting used to finishing 2nd lately), @BrayCorp83, @GSmith13, @MattBates & @bigboyrule.
7th, & I fancy not quite firing on all cylinders at the moment, was @FeelGroggy.
We saw mention on the Forum yesterday or today of the term "fish", a term I thought had long ago fallen into disrepute, & also the view that high roller players should not help less successful players as it may hurt their win rate. It's a sad day when we can't offer help to others along the way, & definitely a charge we can never level against the likes of Melty, Groggs or The Bates. We are lucky to have them here.
And, at last, that celebration I mentioned earlier.
Last night, one of Sky Poker's players became, I'm pretty sure, the first to achieve this milestone of profits from Sky Poker MTT's;
£250,000
Last night alone he recorded 1st of 51, 2nd of 53, 4th of 54, 22/193, & just for good measure, won several Satellites.
Take a bow, @MattBates.
I'm sure he's won plenty of UKOPS prize money, but he's going to have to wait a while for the next High Roller ......... It's a long time 'til XMAS

Congrats Mr Bates, a hugely impressive achievement. Just don't go and blow it all on high stakes heads up cash games... oh, err, never mind
Apologies @MISTY4ME, no idea what happened there.
There appeared to be 6 or 7 "rogue" UKOPS Satellites in the Lobby, but they've all been removed now.
^^^^^^
Easter UKOPS? Shush.
