"All-In Blind" Man had not looked at his cards, & announced "all-in blind".
2 passes, & now the chap in the Big Blind goes into the tank.
At this point, All-In Blind Man flips his cards over - he has Q-3 offsuit.
After some thought, the Big Blind announced "call" & showed 5-5.
The Q-3 won the hand, & was then disqualified.
It's unclear what happened to his chips, but I believe they were taken out of play. Quite an awkward spot for Jack Effel, but I don't believe they can be given to 5-5 Man.

Got no idea why you would fold A3 in this scenario. What kind of better spot do you want.
More & more intriguing.
