Good luck this weekend everyone. Sorry not to be there this time, but Brighton is a long long way from Yorkshire. Anyhow, those beans won't count themselves.
Good luck to all players and support staff, personal circumstances have ruled me out but I know you'll all have a whale of a time. By the way TK it's about time you made the final table. Best regards all Norman
Apologies for the radio silence yesterday, things all got a little awkward.
We had a terrific day though, good bants & craic, and a whopping 202 entries & re-entries, so the Guarantee is 80% covered already. 47 of the 202 remain, chip counts will follow.
I had to copy these from a list which I fancy was written by a drunken spider, so a few names my be spelt incorrectly, & there may be some shown as "indecipherable".
The average stack is just over 100,000, & when these players return on Sunday, blinds will be 1,500-3,000/3,000.

Most of the usual suspects were present, including Rose, Sid, HANSON, oynutter, The Hippo, MAXALLY, kapowblamz, plus most of Team Mean Machine including Groggs, GSmith13, Stack_U, & way too many others to mention.
Amongst the non-Sky high flyers was WSOP Bracelet winner James "flushy" Dempsey, Dixie Dean (who I've not seen for 10 or 15 years, &, surprise surprise, looks older now), Ronnie DeBealeuox, Lord Jeff Duvall, & Ambo of course.
Chris Eubank Junior played too, having polled up in his 19 plate Bentley, very nice it was too.
This was my table, taken from my seat. The chap you will easily recognize on the right is Ian Frazer, who used to do a few shifts on Sky Poker TV, & is tremendous craic. In the background, on Ian's right shoulder so to speak, is @Sky-Sam on his 2nd bullet.
But the Gent in the hat, anyone recognize him?
Very special man, very special indeed, & a friend of mine for the best part of 20 years.
Not famous for his poker playing abilities, but is quite well known in Poker because he....well, you will have to work that out.
His "Life" CV is one of THE most impressive you will ever see, not just impressive but eclectic in the extreme, this man has done so many different things in life.
Anyone want to take a guess at who he is? If you get stuck & want some clues, just holler. I have to say, he's lost a lot of weight since I last saw him, so I do hope he is not unwell.

Seat 1 here is James Dempsey, & the elderly grey-haired Gent with his back to us is Jeff Duvall.
Hat bloke, sitting to his left - we'll return to him shortly.

Some real names there
I’m really intrigued by Hat man. I haven’t a clue who he is
Seen tomgoodun, Sid, Misty, Craig, Jono, Jen Mason (yay), The Hippo, oynutter, pompeynic, EssexPhil & many many others.
Play is due to start at 2pm.
As of now, there are 267 entries or re-entries across Day 1A & 1B, so that's the Guarantee left in the rear-view mirror.
Currently 350 entries/re-entries, with 5 levels left before Late Reg closes.
