GL all today. Except ctbn. Will be virtual railing as I decided to take the hangover home. Was great to see so many old faces, and meet a few new ones too.
Well an hour into day 2 I no longer have the excuse that I'm still in the comp.
It was a torrid hour, when I gradually blinded off, & got exactly two hands (9-9 & 5-5) each of which just picked up the blinds & paid the rent for an orbit.
Down to 41,000 at 2,000-4,000/4,000 K-J was an easy shove. I was accommodated by A-10, which was not too bad really, gives me a sporting chance of getting there, but the 8-8-5-Q-2 board was spectacularly undramatic, & never seemed to offer hope of doing a get.
Hey-ho, on we go.
I'm going to try & find a way, using someone else's lappie, of at least some sort of Live Update. Just gonna pop back to my hotel room first to get my mouse, then we'll see what we can do.
Wish I'd realised, I'm pretty bad at putting names to faces, but I don't recollect meeting either of you yesterday.
Anyway, I hope you both had a fun day. Sounds like Mike did, for sure.
Hi @Tikay10 had a great day thanks. Couldn't miss to start with then couldn't hit a sausage. Did say hello just before the start. Well done Tikay and Sky for a great tournament.

Seated next to each other, The Ugly Sisters, @HAYSIE & @ctbn
Both of them well stacked up. Can't understand a word either of them say, one is Welsh & the other a Scot. Combined ages? No idea, but I'll take the overs on 150.

Afternoon Mr Bates.
Play began today at 1pm today, with blinds at 1,500-3,000/3,000.
50 survivors took their seats, of which 38 now remain. (26 paid).
Well done Tikay and Sky for a great tournament.
Anyway, I'm glad you had an enjoyable experience.
33 left now (26 paid).
Next I'm going to try & see if I can upload photos on this Laptop, if I can, we'll be off & running.
Sad news incoming, Paula @fredsgirl has perished at the hands of the dreadful @ctbn.
Here's the state of play just a few minutes ago.

Can't recall seeing Davey for many a year. He won 2 SPT's in the same year, 2010 I think, Manchester & Glasgow if I recall correctly.
He came along here with a friend of his from the same part of the world, John Hesp, he of WSOP Main Event fame in, I think, 2017.
.
Craig bottom left, MOTHER further along, with the seriously stacked Ambo perusing Twitter, as he invariably is.
.
3 levels completed today, so that's the day's first 20 minute break now.
31 left.
.
Nobody would sit near Billy No Mates @HAYSIE during the break in case he started chuntering on & on about Brexit.
