All-in sat, Where did the winner go?

Player won an all-in sat to UKOPS Main Event semi at 21:45, coming from behind on FT.
The player was not regged for the semi (only 6 were pre-regged), so did not win sat then de-reg.
Strangely the player never appeared in the lobby of the semi and was not active on any other tables.

He may well have reg'd for it when he won thru from 1st round and de-reg'd as soon as he won it

There's bound to be a rational explanation for this. I'd bet good money that "lobby lag" is involved somewhere.

I'll ask the Office this morning, & if they give me an explanation - & bear in mind they are not obliged to - I'll let you know.

Afternoon bud.

I checked with the Office, & they are quite clear that nothing is amiss here. If someone wins an All-In sat, they get the seat, end of. It's automatic, and the system, perhaps unusually for Sky Poker, does not allow any exceptions, so I can't really add anything to my earlier reply.

Please be assured, everything is tickity-boo.

Put it down to one of life's great unsolved mysteries.

The Office have now confirmed that it was exactly as suggested by @MISTY4ME .

Some "Lobby Lag" on sky broadband, lobby still shows Skypoker TV icon, LOL
