Once anyone is accused of bullying other people always come out of the woodwork.

In any event, given that Johnson and his puppet-master seem determined to ruin the Civil Service at every opportunity, hardly the offence it might be in more enlightened times.

Mind you, people who are "authoritative" with staff sadden me. It's always "me,me,me". Which is true of a lot of politicians, in all parties.

Never been in the Civil Service, but know plenty that have. In my experience, they couldn't care less which party is in power. The only time they DO care is when some random muppet with no experience starts telling them how to do their job. Bad enough when it is someone who is elected-imagine being told by a "super influencer" how to do your job. Not because he has ever done it. But because he can foretell the future.

The Tribunal will be interesting, if they allow it to happen.

I don't think it is a coincidence that there were complaints from each of the departments she has worked in.

I would be surprised if accusations of bullying were made against some politicians, but she is not one of them.

    She has got an attitude.

I could see her shouting, screaming, and swearing at her staff.

It’s no skin of my nose if she gets sacked. Time will tell.
Some folk don’t like change, especially if they’ve worked in the same place for years.
The Civil service has overseen a fair few howlers.
Jury’s out, we’ll see what happens.

Wouldn’t somebody have to quote the above for them to be misinformation?

True, but only three people have viewed it.
That doesn’t class as a nationwide quote.
I’ll see if I can get Beth Rigby to amplify it for you.

Describing leaving the EU as a "divorce". Ridiculous.

It's not like 2 older people deciding what is best for them, and ignoring what is best for the children...

Its weird that all your posts look like this.

    Is it a photo?

    The list could be endless.
For example, in the the dressing room at half time , when your team are three nil down at home.
The boss has a few choice words with the lads.
Depends on the definition of bullying.
To kick ones a rse into shape is sometimes required.

Are all the Drill Sergeants of the past regarded as bullies?
What do they do these days, is it,” now come on lads, don’t give me a hard time, chop chop!”
