Issues with software 3:15am - 345am

CammykazeCammykaze Member Posts: 1,397
Has anyone else had software issues between these times?

I have had to shutdown all tables for the time being. It's cost a price to the account.

Anyone else having similar difficulty?

    Update:-

    Was chatting to a lovely lass by the name of Claire,

    She advised that chat log can be saved.

    I have a blocked messaged when attempting to save the last part of the chat.

    Has anyone else raised an issue to sky chat between these hours?

    Hi Cammy ....... I was playing at that time (you were on one of my tables around 3.20am) and I had no issues with the software/Game ..... other than LOSING in a couple of Turbo DYM's :'(

    I never go on CC Chat though.

    GOOD LUCK and hope you get it sorted :)

    As far as I am aware, there were no other reports of problems at that time.

    Hopefully, whatever it was was a one-off.

    That sounds like an euphemism to me?

    Added a screenshot and a bit more info on chat suppport this morningas software was playing up again.

    This was at 730 - 8am this time.

    Should I stick with a normal poker schedule rather than out of hours as it were?

    Can't just be myself surely?

    Sorry to hear you are still having issues.

    I've not been made aware of any other complaints at these times, & there have certainly have not been any reported on the Forum. Some of the players are quite high-maintenance & so I'm sure they would have mentioned it. That's not to say others are not experiencing them of course, & you obviously are.

    What symptoms was (were?) the software exhibiting, what exactly was going wrong?

    Thanks Tikay

    It's ok, i have just been firing the details off to the the chat support guys. Was more to check to see if anyone else is having trouble and to back me up :)

    Software from this end is pretty unplayable at the times I have posted on the thread. The 1st 3:30ish incident was as I had 7 tables running which I had heard since isn't the best idea.

    The incident this morning was as their were 4 tables running. Both on client and website versions of the Sky software. Unable to load tables, not launching, signing in and out every minute due to software logging out on it's own accord.

    They have been really helpful and pleasant given the testing times.

    To be honest, after thinking about it a bit it seems a bit self indulgent to even mention software issues in the grand scheme of things.

    Will await the response from chat support and I am sure they will do their bit. They have always been fair in the past as has the forum and any issues that have been raised.

    @Tikay10

    I received an email from support and it is an issue from my end.

    Was advised on one of the chats to delete cache etc and reinstall software every day or two. Making that part of my daily routine now.

    £10 was added to the account and matter is closed.

    Thanks for your replies in this thread and please pass on my thanks to the guys on live chat and to the chap who emailed. Think it was Chris.

    Did feel like a bit of a plonker after the fact given what's happening right now in the big world.

    Take it easy!

    Hi Tikay, I had an issue with one of the £5 turbo DYM early this morning at 0025. It went down and froze my other tables (6 in all). My online connection was not affected and other sites and online radio were uninterrupted.

    The other tables came back but the original one kept saying communication error when it tried to reload. I am trying to report this to customer support but it just says hang in there you're no.1 in line for almost 40 minutes.

    Hope you can help when you have some time.

    @JingleMa

    Hi mate,

    How you keeping?

    I can't do anything about that problem today, but I can speak to the right chap tomorrow if that's OK?

    Hi Tikay, I'm fine, self isolating with poker like most on here :-)

    Hope everything is good with you too.

    Yes please, thanks very much.

    @JingleMa

    Yeah, me too.

    I'll speak to the chap tomorrow & let you know what he says. Do you know the Tournament Number? I tried to check via Sharky, but you played a bunch of them so I can't tell which one it was. It would just make things easier if we had that.

    What exactly are you saying is the issue? Quite often I will play spins past 3.30am and I have only had an issue one day where tables were a bit laggy (another reg mentioned having the same issue at the time) but I restarted and they were fine.

    I have saved the chat from the 3 conversations with live chat Matt.

    As far as I am aware the matter is closed from Sky's side and was happy enough with Sky's offer of £10.

    @Tikay10

    The two which were affected were 34468503 and 34468518.

    They both eventually reloaded but only after eating away most of my blinds.

    E.g. hand no. 1478079006 where it folded my QQ in the BB.
