    £1,000 Bounty Hunter £1,700

    First mention in a results thread since 2016 for easytiger1.

    What a lovely surprise to see Anjie1970 in the frame. All the way back in 2009, 11 years ago, Anjie was the 5th most profitable Sky Poker MTT-er. And by way of stirring up a few memories, here's the Top 5 of the Sharky 2009 Most Profitable Sky Poker MTT-ers.

    1) ljb1989
    2) uzi_lover
    3)MASSIE29
    4) Sharksbite

    £10,000 Gold Rush (£15,930)

    Here's a very unusual stat - DustoLucky won Gold Rush Main for the 2nd straight week. The odds on this happening, with around 450 runners each time, must be astronomic, but these things do happen in poker. He has also won a Mini this month. Some hat-trick that.

    Special congrats also to JACKDAW (5th) & an old sparring partner of mine from the DYM's, Gollygosh.

    £10,000 Summit Bounty Hunter (£15,200)

    A 2nd victory in 2 weeks for johnny_e, who took down the £3,000 BH previously for £860, but this was a big step up & he collected £3,260 last night.

    jordz16 was 2nd, & it's so good to see him posting on the Forum again. We can all learn something when players of his calibre outline their thinking in particular spots.

    Presumably the weather was a bit of a factor last night? After a day of rain and it being a bit colder were people less inclined to go out walking or sit in their garden or have a BBQ and that got them playing do you think?

    @NChanning

    Yes, that's likely to have been a factor, I'd quite forgotten about that.

    Must add, delighted to see you do on occasion peruse the wall of waffle I put up daily.

    I do hope you & Anne are both well, & bearing up during these terrible times. The virus is beyond awful, but the economic Armageddon that will surely follow does not bear thinking about.

    PS - saw you ran deep in Summit, I popped in to take a look earlier & expected to wake up this morning & see you had finalled. Good effort though, & profitable. (10th I think?).

    It’s a fantastic achievement, but assuming each player has the same chance of winning, the odds of any one of the entrants completing the back to back double, is 450/1 😉

    Certainly more rare than a one outer on the river though, about 10 times moreso!

    And we know how much grumbling there is about those :)

    Really? I had not noticed...

    I suppose you are right, 450/1 is not astronomic, but it's still quite an achievement.

    Hi Tony,

    Being a stato like you, the odds for both events seperatley is 450/1, but for 2 events back to back is 450 x 450 to 1, which means the achievement will only happen once in over 200,000 events - if poker was just luck..............

    @kidgrimsby

    Thanks Dave.

    In that case, "astronomic" was correct, or maybe even undervalued the achievement.

    Hope you are OK mate, & xx to Sue please.

    This is correct if you take an individual before the first event has started and look at their chances of winning both. This stat though is conditional on the first event being completed, there will always be one winner, and that winner’s chances in the next one are 450/1.

    Not to knock the achievement though, just maths.
