Communication error reload table

Anyone else been getting this today or is it my internet.
Proper pain in the late stages of a DYM.

    Yes! i was just going to create a thread. Happened the first time last week, yesterday and now twice in the last 90 minutes or so.

    I'd like to know if it's affecting everyone, once it reloads there will often be 1/2 players sat out but a hand will still be in progress. If you're on the bubble of a TDYM at 300/600 this crash can cost you the game. The second time it happened today 'luckily' i only had one table left but the table didn't reload and i got a duplicate connection error, i logged out and back on quickly but when trying to reload the table i got the same error and blinded out of my last game :(

    Hi Big Man,

    There was one similar issue just after 9pm last night which was reported by numerous players, & a couple of similar reports earlier today.

    Hard to say at this stage if there's a problem, but I've reported it to the Office, not much else I can do at this stage.

    If it happens again & you are uncomfortable with it, might be best to log off for the night, but I hope that's not necessary.

    Unfortunately this is a big problem, the first couple of times it happened i didn't get kicked off the site or have to close it down, just a error message and then all my tables reloaded and the games continued but each time it happened on a few of my tables a player would then be sat out and would not return. Thankfully the first couple times that didn't happen to me but the last time around 30 mins ago the table wouldn't reload and after logging off and on still unable to reconnect to the table :(

    yes, connection issues. ive just come to the forum to see if anyone else.
    On my tables, it seems it people are agreeing.

    Sorry to hear that.

    Not much more I can do at the moment, I've already reported it but there's no clear pattern yet.

    If it happens again, pop another Post up please & I'll try to get the matter escalated.

    just been playing cash, constant mini freezes, for myself and several players at the table.

    No more poker on here for me tonight.

    Just to add, only playing 2 tables, and freezes occurring at the same time, so I thought it was at my end, but each table had 2 or 3 players at it complaining of the same

    I have now de-regged from all my games apart from a £5.50 which was running.I think I have lost that because the table wont load.It just keeps saying duplicate table.

    Yea, its getting more frequent , last 10 minutes , the regularity is peaking.

    Have spoken to the Office & they have escalated it to the Techies.

    Have to say it's not certain that they will be able to resolve it instantly, but at least the right people in the Office are now aware.

    Playing one table and it keeps freezing. Playing on Download is chrome or Internet Explorer any better?

    Happened to me in 6.30 comp, got logged out before 1st break with just over 1200 chips left. Managed to reload it by 7.15 387 in chips left only got to play 1 hand. Any chance of a refund
