    What a complete and utter farce this is becoming.
    Last few days it has happened at least once a session.
    It has just done it 4 times in under an hour for me, losing cash in the middle of hands.
    Needs sorting out asap.

    I just spoke to live chat about the game i was unable to get to reload and they refunded me the £5.50 instantly so you should just contact them now and they'll hopefully sort that for you.
