I know how demotivating it can be when you're on a bad run and nothing is working out in your favour. Everyone goes through it (might be hard for you to believe me since you usually see me dishing out the pain lol). If its affecting you emotionally it'll really affect your game so take a bit of a break and come back to it fresh whether thats in an hour or a few days, just make sure you're feeling good and you WANT to play. Tilt control is one of the most important parts of winning at this game. Ride it out, you'll be back to banging out the results in no time see you in the Roy invitational soon im sure!

Appreciate the kind words @Drudkh - I had actually done a one day time out prior to this and just came back to more pain I would say I normally take bad beats quite well but that AK vs Q3 had me typing "lol" in the chat box for the first time ever. Anyway, it's been a bit of a better day today, although I did get knocked out of a BH after someone called my QQ 5x raise preflop with 42 and made a flush. Hey ho, such is life and such is poker!
