Star of the day was ERIC with 3 winners including 7-1 ON THE BLIND SIDE which shot him to the Festival lead. ROGER is in second also thanks to Hendersons winner although he was the only one not to get the winner of the last with dead heaters ELLE EST BELLE and ISHKVARA LADY being picked by the rest of us.
The dead heats were settled incorrectly on the sheet, I have amended accordingly.
16/5 DH = (16/5+1)/2 = £2.10 return to a £1 stake = £1.10 profit not £1.60 11/2 DH = (11/2+1)/2 = £3.25 return to a £1 stake = £2.25 profit not £2.75
This will affect a few of the totals above.
Sorry only just spotted it as I have been out.
Effectively DH's will always be 50p less than the way calculated as it is half the total return which includes the £1 stake not half the odds. Hope that makes sense.

I was just about to argue with you again on this until I worked out my way and arrived at the same answer as you. Will amend tables. LOL

Yeh or another way to look at it is as if they only hap 50p on it not £1.00, but then you still have to take the full £1 stake off their return to get the profit.
I am guessing that is how you came to the same figures?

Apologies. I updated the sheets wrong. I just took it as winning odds to a 50p stake.

Hi guys. Just a note to everyone, there will be a huge amount of non runners today, due to the attritional soft/heavy going, so you may want to check as the day goes on. And if you find a good jumper, with good course form, that stays and goes on Soft/Heavy, get on it.
