Hi Terry, sorry to be a pain but my selection in the 6.10 (Stunning Beauty) looks like it has been classed as a NR on my betting slip. I have just watched a rerun and even though it left the stall, it didn't really run. Your call though.

There was a stewards enquirey after race, and some how the stewards deemed he horse to have run even though the jockey was shouting " no not ready " as the Monty Roberts Rug was fastened at front and the horse could not physically move. SDS was furious. bit of a shambles, really.
I know you both think you were on a non runner Im afraid you weren't as I said to roger earlier, he was not a non runner. However the Bookies nowadays like to keep their punters happy and most will treat instances like this as a non runner even if it isnt in the rules of Horse Racing.
Sorry peeps but that has always been the situation a NON runner is only a non runner if it is under the rules of racing.
