Hello all hope your well can't get my head round posting a hand history can someone tell me how?

Go into your account , click the tourny/cash game hand history , find the hand c+p the hand number .
Go to my sky poker scroll to hand histories , paste hand number into box , search for hand hand appears click details the full hand will show click the copy box it'll show ticked , go to thread you wish to post your hand , paste hand , it'll look like gobblede dook when pasted ,ignore , press post comment and it should look like this , it only takes a few seconds mate
