Good morning.
Mystery solved.
The Late Reg Semi you both qualified for (along with @chuckles22 ) needed 13 entries to run but only got 12, so it did not run. In these cases, a "manual refund" is made, & when I spoke to the Office this morning they confirmed it was already in hand & all 3 of you would be refunded today.

Can you give me the Tournament ID's of both satellites please? If I have those, I may be able to help.
Too late for tonight's Sharpshooter but at least we can do something for the future. Plenty of time to rectify the UKOPS problem.

Won entry to UKOPS 60, or won entry to a Satellite to it? I assume satellite.
The Tourney ID's would solve everything if you could let me know what they are.

As far as I can see there were no satellites today to UKOPS 60? When did you win it?

I'll investigate the sharpshooter problem now, bear with me please.
You finished 1st in Tournament ID 36084404 and were then registered for the Late Reg Semi in which you finished in 31st place.

Even though I am on the list of registered players for Tournament ID: 36067747.
It still does not show in my registered list in my lobby, bit concerning.

And if I go to my "Find A Player" & search for you, it shows you are registered for 2 MTT's - tonight's Elim Fr & UKOPS 60.
So you seem to be safely registered. Where is it you are looking & cannot find it?

Well that's weird & I can't really explain that.
I have heard players say that the "My Tables" function does not always work as it should, but I don't really have any further explanation.
If you look at my tables "all" then it will show. Registration isn't open yet for that tournament so it wont show under registered games.
