@rancid & @smith1408 Good morning. Mystery solved. The Late Reg Semi you both qualified for (along with @chuckles22 ) needed 13 entries to run but only got 12, so it did not run. In these cases, a "manual refund" is made, & when I spoke to the Office this morning they confirmed it was already in hand & all 3 of you would be refunded today.
