It was a truly remarkable treble as two of the horses were well out of the handicap (7lbs and 11lbs wrong). I know her horses are running really well (I backed a couple earlier in the week) but to win with a horse on it's Chase and handicap debut from 11lbs wrong is AMAZING :o

WELL DONE Laura Morgan ......she certainly knows what she's doing :)

Racing press, sometimes switched on,sometimes switched off.
So, almost to the day, a year ago this happened.
What made / makes me laugh, the phrase 'foiled gamble' really?
Laura had leg 1 Fire Away tuned to the minute
    Jardine had Dixie likewise.
    Top of the market prices were;
Fire 22/1 into evens sp & Dixie 9/1into 4/6 sp
    Singles, doubles, treble.
Rather shrewdly, a 2 hour gap until the last leg,
Gallahers, top early price 33/1,smashed into 1/2 sp 4/6,that is a punting 'manna' (the 2 hour gap) to hedge, lay off, maybe some cashing out!
into a last leg 33/1 shot trading at 1/2!
That plot was not 'foiled' Clever stuff.
So yesterday, it almost went perfik! (almost)
Not part of the plan was racing posts Ben Hutton tipping the 1st leg!
but the clues were there, dig deep enough (as Hutton obviously did)
Champ Is Real 'profile' a de ja Vue of Fire Away one year ago.
Even after 'the word was out' plenty got on yday at 4/1 16/1 & 5/2 after r4 35p.
Adam Wedge says Laura Morgan is special, different, no complex riding instructions, she gets them tuned to the moment, he rides them ice in his veins.
Be a long time, before we see another gee gee, with sps on last two runs 300/1 & 200/1 get spanked into even money, and win pulling a cart!

As Misty mentioned, pre yesterday Laura Morgan Yard, 7 winners from last 14 runners, add yesterday, that's some strike rate.
On Saturday I mentioned a couple of under radar trainers to keep an eye on,over the next few weeks.
Tom Clover & K De Foy,both yards in good nick, both will have winners over next few weeks. This punting game, still do able but needs full time attention.
Put the only 3 runners from the above yards up on Sat
really fancied all 3 as naughty ew bets.
Ray Arturo sp 16/1 on sat (5th) notebook that, and watch oodlems of improvement next run.
Rogue Mission runs Lingers this Friday
(5 days in advance!) Jack Mitchell rides it, T Clover, yard thinks it's a good thing!
Okaidi! (5 days, in advance) Wolver this Fri,it's in at the right track,at last going 6 furlong, this is its last chance for me,Emma Taff (5) steering, want a, low draw please, 1 2 3 4,and obviously a 'viable price'
Put up De Foys Royal Aviation at lingers on Sat,spanked 25/1 > sp 5/1,keep a very close eye on that, back at Lingers, gaurentee that will be a different animal, when similar race, low draw, and it races prominent.
    So,take a look going forward,to this Friday;
Rogue Mission Lingfield, Okaidi Wolverhampton, Royal Aviation (track) pref Lingers, will be punted again.
sat, backed Anglers, pulled up, backed Saint Calvados, pulled up,did get on the Gary Moore huge gamble at Sandown last week, off a year, spanked into 9/2 went 10 clear (hurdler jumped like a chaser!) never saw another horse.
Joshua Moore said in December,PORTICELLO is a huge player in the Truimph hurdle,I think Josh is correct! and Goshy (Goshen) so pleased for the horse and connections, Goshy showed some proper tuff on Saturday.cant wait to see what BRAVEMANSGAME does at Cheltenham?
Harry says he would not get off that to sit on anything else, and we just might get a better price because of the Irish horses.
One, only one, flat horse for the flat season proper I looking forward too
SECURITY NOTE! Once raced, J Gosden.
So, this time, 'it was all on Laura'
Sophie Leech, still follow you! but Laura apple of my eye now!
Bet she gets a few more owners, wanting horses in her yard now!
