    Just had a brief read up on what a 'Multi-Corner' bet was. That seems like a high risk liability bet, though I don't know enough about the bet as to whether I'm right or not. It's not a bet you can place and forget about, I assume you've gotta keep a close eye on it throughout the game?

    @lucy4

    Yes, you can only do spread bets if you are watching the game & have the site open, fingers poised.

    As it happens, it looks like I closed this one too early, but that's with hindsight, it could have easily cost a good deal.

    EDIT; another corner in the 45th minute (5 now) so probably the right decision after all.

    Football betting tips: Portugal v Uruguay
    1pt Half Time Correct Score 0-0 at 13/8 (Sky Bet, bet365)

    Starting with an off-the-pace Luis Suárez, Uruguay struggled to threaten South Korea from open play, which was much more evident with the former Liverpool and Barcelona man on the pitch.
    Uruguay's lack of endeavour didn't help, over-protecting an ageing defensive unit a little too much. That unit will need further help in this fixture — Portugal's talent in forward areas demands it.
    As a result, we may well be in for a similarly monotonous first half to Portugal-Ghana. A HALF TIME CORRECT SCORE of 0-0 makes appeal then.

    Apparently half of the games so far have been 0-0 at Half-Time B)

    Add to that at the last World Cup in Russia, I think I heard a stat that there was only one 0-0 match in the entire tournament. So far I think this tournament has been lacklustre in most of the games. Some of the controlling/passing of the ball has been terrible especially when teams need to get a positive result.
