Paddy Power think it's definitely all over as they've paid out this morning. City's remaining games are Chelsea,Brighton & Brentford two losses and a draw while Arsenal winning their last two games would be perfect (we can but hope) :D

You've had a good run this year. Must be nice to take a big step forward.

Fact remains that it will be 20 years next year since you last won the League. And 30 years since you won your last European Trophy. Which is rather Spursy.

The big plus? Been far better than Spurs this year. Looked in danger of ceasing to be a big club at the start of this season.

The minus? Far from nailed on will be in top 4 next year. The unrealistic Spurs in me says it could be us (or Villa). But Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool, Newcastle and Chelsea are all going to be major problems.

We've achieved what we set out for this season CL qualification, though that could prove to be more of a hinderance than helpful. The squad definitely needs strengthening as the run in this season proved that, the quality in depth just isn't there compared to 'big 4'. If only there were rules in place to govern clubs expenditure, oh I forgot about the FFP rules...

If Chelsea get a proper striker they'll be a major force next year, so will Kane finally get a move to a big club (Pochettino & Kane reunited) where he starts winning things...

    Strange season for your lot.

At the start of the season, CL looked fanciful. Any Gooner would have snapped your arm off for a 2nd place finish. And, perversely, due to the weak finish, it looks almost like a disappointment. Whereas it is genuinely a massive achievement. As examples, Odegaard looks like he is fulfilling all that potential he has been threatening for years. Zinchenko was also a revelation. And Xhaka deserves more credit.

Kane already got a move to a "big club". He got that in 2004, having previously only played for tiny clubs such as Ridgeway Rovers and the like.

Kane to Chelsea? Nah. Personally, I don't think he will leave. But if he does, it will not be to another London Club. Massive season for Chelsea. They are potentially going to be in breach of FPP by tens of £millions if they don't get CL at the end of next season. They have £hundreds of millions of players bought with the next 8 years' money. And they desperately need a new GK and Striker, which will cost heaps. If Poch fails they are in deep, deep trouble.

    Here's hoping :)

They'll be able to get Pickford and Calvert Lewin on the cheap in a couple of weeks.
