Not being funny guys, but if what is in these posts is all true, you are p***ng money away. Unless this is part of some super strat that you are gonna completely change ur game after this to throw everyone off course. Jeez, I`m sometimes paranoid about posting a hand in a strat section for fear of giving too much away. Posted by OMahonyO
not everyone reads the forum, if someone adjusted their game because they knew your game inside out then you should adjust your game to adjust to their game that has adjusted lol.
I think this is quite interesting. Firstly, most of the criteria apply equally to Live, AND Online, Poker. In Live Poker, nobody "makes notes", we just commit to memory.
Coincidentally, almost everyone marks low on "Note-Taking". So the criteria are, in fact, very similar, Live & Online.
- Positional Play - 70% will use button a lot but am not put off if i play early position with a good starting hand or even and average. - Starting Hand Selection - 70% i select my hands carefully and have betting amounts for certain types i wont always play big cards it all depends on the position and betting by other players - Note making - 10% - am terrible at this and should do it more generally notes are on players and generaly bad - Reads/Instincts - 70 % very good on this but suckouts i cant read and thats how i lose the most - Aggression - 50 % i can be very aggresive and wont be pushed around but also play the other way depending on players at the table - Ability - 70% - id like to think my ability is top notch and very rairly go on tilt i also change my play constantly depending on the situation. - Bankroll Management - 30% hmmmm yes prob one of my downfalls but have started getting better due to lack of funds so really tightning up on this and notice a huge differnce to the enjoyment as it dont hurt so much when i lose - Table Selection - 10% dont really worry about this to much as i dont rail cash tables cos i dont play cash that much - Discipline - 70% very disceplined when it comes to what hands i push with and when. Always get knocked out with the best hand going in. - Patience - 60% yes very patient and can wait to strike and play a slow game if needed. - Overall - 65% - i consider myself to be a seasoned all round good player but need improvement on bank roll management and notes.
