Had the same issue but got in touch with customer services through live chat at 6.25 . He put me in manually very quickly. Glad I chased it up - just gone out in 9th for £40

Glad customer services did their job and well done on the deep run, but the fact that so many people were unable to reg a weekly freeroll just sums up how poorly the poker side of things is being run on Sky.

Not the first time this has happened and whilst it's only a freeroll, a lot of people only play that and strive to play it every day. People also earn the weekly poker points to play these.

One tournament has a problem, customer services help people out and that makes Sky a "laughing stock"? For a freeroll as well. I've played headline Stars events that have had bigger problems.

I'm sure players will get over missing out on a quid of EV. It's worth remembering that those players who earn just enough points so they can play the freeroll are usually earning more than 100% rakeback.

Guys, (& Ladies)

As you know, the Rewards Freeroll usually runs Monday to Friday inclusive, but not at weekends.

To try & make amends for last night, when only 349 of the usual ~600 or so were able to enter, it will now run again TONIGHT (Saturday) with the usual £1,000 Prize Pool. The usual entry requirements still apply.
