A very good morning to you from a warm & sunny Glasgow.
Below are the chip counts from Day 1A, Friday.
I'll list them in chip order, & then I'll posted copies of the original sheets I took the info from, in case I've made any errors with spelling, chip counts etc.
Bear with me if slow updates, the WiFi at the Hotel is somewhat flaky.

And here's the hand-written sheets I extracted that information from....
And for those not familiar with Alea Glasgow, it sits right on the banks of the Clyde. Not many casinos have views like this, which was the view from one of my tables...
I don't have much by way of updates from the tables, in my case things did not go too well. I'd had an 18 hour day on Thursday & left home at 0600 yesterday so was a bit whacked.
I soon perked up though, by the end of Level 2 my 25,000 starting stack was around 60,000. Then things went wrong, & I had busted by the start of Level 4. No real bad beat stories, just standard stuff - a flopped set v a straight draw which got there, flush v bigger flush, flopped 2 pairs v an up & down which eventually became a flush, that sort of stuff. Bullet 2 never got above starting, and I could not get to grips with a very aggro table all playing big stacks. Huge fun, mind. Eventually, after a mixture of poor material & uninspired play, I managed to get it all-in pre with the quite reasonable flip of Ks-Qs v J-J but failed to improve.
Lovely atmo all day, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, & all "the boys" were there & in good heart.
Play today starts at 2pm.
Morning
Below are the chip counts for Saturday, which was Day 1B.
I had trouble deciphering some of the writing on the chip count sheets, so I'll follow the chip counts with photocopies of the actual sheets.
I failed to make a note of how many entries, but I think it was around 160, which was a few less than Day 1A, Friday.
34 survived Day 1B.

Here's @TimmyRaRa & "The Boys" congratulating a beaming @Bertie283 on winning his Vegas package in such extraordinary circumstances.
PS - who can name those lads?
I had a ton of fun at the tables yesterday, a real action-packed roller-coaster, so if time permits & things go quiet I'll post a little summary a bit later. Huge fun, though of course the bottom line is I'm on the Rail & distinctly envious of all those still in.
For now though, things to do - Daily MTT Report, register a few players, copy the Links for tomorrow's daily MTT report, spend a few hours at the Gym etc.
Oh, play today starts at 1pm.
What does (sp) mean please?
It's when I can't read the writing on the hand-written sheets & so potentially mis-spell someone's name. People - especially poker players - are inclined to get quite uppity when their names are spelt incorrectly, so it's a sort of get-out.
If you look at the original hand-written sheets, you can see all the ones where it's hard to read properly, so I've added "sp" to each of them.
Good to see you on the Forum from time to time Ryan, how you keeping? Weight steady, fam all good?
