    The fella who had the 9-9 v A-Q v A-Q just got in a real weird one.

    He had 3-3 v K-K & turned a three, but Matey Boy with the K-K four-flushed it. Very big pot, & K-K man might just be the new chippie.

    One great thing about "Live" is that, for the most part, players take their beats like grown-ups, even though the money is usually much bigger.

    If those hands went off on Sky Poker there'd be 3 or 4 "wa-wa-wa it's not fair" or "HOW COULD HE CALL, I BLAME SKY" threads, usually accompanied by an interrobang of some sort.

    Meh.

    You are not missing anything, play has slowed to a crawl & we still have 10 left. Everyone wants to be on the FT, understandably.

    Yay, the reverse anti-bok never fails.

    As usual, I'll try & get full chip counts & names before the Final starts.

    Players are taking a 20 minute break whilst we do the chip counts.

    Prepping the Final Table....

    Chip Counts & seat allocations soon, but I can tell you @chrisdonkb is in Seat 5 so it looks like he is in the region of 1.5 milly.

    The short stack in Seat 3 just trebled up after hitting trip 9's with J-9.

    BIG HAND ALERT

  • Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 171,027

    Seat 4, Alan Chrzaszcz has A-K & seat 7, "GK" has Q-Q, so naturally it's all in pre.

    Big sigh of relief from GK when the Q appears on the turn to give him the lock.

    @aynaricol

    Pardon my terrible memory, but am I right in thinking @chrisdonkb is bidding to win his second SPT?

    It's possible I'm confusing him with @cpfc_2010 who looks very similar, if a tad more rotund.
