have you ever considered that it feels that way because the general player pool has improved while your skills have stayed stagnant...... like do you really know what’s going on these days, how are all these players doing it?

People in general over value their hands and expect to win because they had aces or kings or whatever……go grab a copy of “kill everyone” and look at the percentage time aces actually win when all hands are played out, it’s something like 30%…… sure v a random hand heads up ur chance might be 85% but those 15 other times will feel mighty personal if they result in an exit to 45s or 27o……

Imo the early rounds of a tourney are much tougher to navigate now compared to say four or five years ago….. I dunno what stakes you play, if micro it could also be that you are facing a bunch of fun players, 3 of them sat at your table makes life very difficult because someone always gets lucky.

And if you honestly feel the way you do, how can you say @Tikay10 is the only good thing left, considering he fronts and promotes the thing you are getting all worked up over…..that would make him a baddie in my book, lucky for @Tikay10 i read a different book haha

Maybe you just need a wee break from it, playing all tilted only ends one way.

Kadoom. The game we love can drive us crazy with unfairness and bad beats and losing. But it means your frame on the game is skewed. Pete Clarke YouTube says some of us don’t deserve to play the game - are you that person? The beauty of the game is that any fish can beat any pro at any time. It’s random at times. But the skill of the game comes in making better decisions than your opponents and less mistakes with ranges position patience and understanding how to get value where others don’t.
I recently messed up a value hand where I flatted tt in late position C/o. To try and trap UTG but button also flats. My first mistake flop is KT3 spade FD. UTG bets out I flat again. 2nd mistake. Button calls T is Qspades again I flat UTG another mistake. And river brings Offsuit Jack. I don’t have value anymore so I have to fold when button shoves. I messed this hand from start to finish and had to fold. And I have no one to blame but myself.
So good luck with future ventures

i had a hand with A against someone who had A 2 and i was winning and then the river card came and it was a 2. i know what you mean. Sky Poker is the best website for online poker i think because all you have to do is last until the final 3 in DYMs but i know 100% that it's rigged and that ruins it for me. i had pocket AA once and went all in and another player has pocket JJ and they won and then the next hand the exact cards i had pocket AA again and someone won against me with pocket JJ :(

All right, let's assume it is rigged. It's rigged for you to lose. My question is: why?

Why does Sky Poker want you to lose and the other person to win? I feel your pain. We all do. Last night I lost with pocket aces all in pre flop against KQ off, and the board flushed me out. Was I annoyed? Absolutely. But to have the audacity to think that your skill and insight into the game is so great that someone is up there in Sky Poker Headquarters ready to push the button when you get too close to the winning line... well, that's just absurd.

    Again. Why?

While we are on the subject. This "matrix" thingy.

Here is Sky's "Matrix". Suppose it's an MTT. And 100 players pay £10 + £1 to enter.

Sky takes the 100 x £1. That's how they make their money.

Flutter (the Owners of various betting and poker sites, including Sky, Paddy Power, Betfair and Stars) is worth £Billions. Why would they risk losing £Billions, and/or being fined £hundreds of millions, to run a crooked operation?

    When they make money legitimately.

Bad players get lucky sometimes. Weaker hands win sometimes. If they did not, no-one would play.

ah its always great to see people crying rigged and someone starts doing this a lot and then eventually they go away and then you get a new person to do it. and every time @Tikay10 has to put up with it.

I would say I dont envy his job but then I sure would like to get paid what he does, I dunno what he gets paid but I read he posted he gets paid well and I have never said that about any job I have done.

Its like the circle of live but the circle of poker there will always be those that cry rigged and then others will always take their place.

Cheating in gambling has been around since the dawn of gambling, and there have been cases famous ones of people cheating in poker. So it helps to always be vigilant however, you need to find evidence and despite so many people in the past crying rigged about sky poker like they do for any site I have ever come across, no one has ever gathered any proper evidence.

it's rigged for action. it's to make the game more exciting. it's to upset people who think they are winning only to make them lose at the end. SkyPoker has an idea what hands people are going to play and what hands people are going to fold and that's how they rig. Also they probably have data on what hands players play and fold. i know that AA get beat by JJ in real life but in real life the hands are dealt by a human so it's not rigged it's just unlucky. SkyPoker does not use a random card generator. All of the players hole cards and the flop, turn and river cards are planned in each hand, they are not dealt by a random card generator. SkyPoker is rigged. However they cannot rig the game 100% because even though AA VS JJ is rigged for AA to lose by SkyPoker because SkyPoker knows that the players will both play their hand, the player can fold their hand but it's very unlikely that they will fold.

Also something that i forgot to mention in my previous comment. if someone has a short stack vs someone with a big stack, Sky Poker can rig it to make the underdog win.

The amount of times that i have predicted that one of their cards is going to be drawn or that when there's a pocket pair at the table the majority of the time it is not the only pocket pair at the table and i have actually folding a high pocket pair sometimes because of having this knowledge which is sad that it makes me do that.

i have had pocket 3 and i am not a pro poker player but i am better than i was when i first started playing and i know about A and a weak kicker and low pocket pairs for example pocket 3. Amateur's just play an A with any card, low pocket pairs and anything suited or connect. Even pocket 3 is a pocket pair it can be beat by a pair of 4, 5, 6, 7 ect on the turn, flop and river so i folded pocket 3 in one hand and a 3 came on the flop or the turn i can't remember.

With my knowledge i should be winning more games than i am. if you SharkScope me it is terrible.

Then there's full house VS full house and straight vs straight which again i know happens in real life but online it is not random, real life it is just unlucky.

    i played 7 DYMs on 23 November 2024 and i won 6 and lost 1.

i finished 7th out of 92 players in a Freeroll tournament on 24 November 2024 which is a good result and won £1.04p .

i finished 47th out of 216 players in a Freeroll tournament on 23 November 2024 and even though i didn't win any money i am happy with finishing better than over 150 players.

The majority of the time it is the rig system that gets me. it got me a few times yesterday. Yes i make mistakes and bad decisions but i would win lots of money if the cards were just dealt by a random card generator.

I say I get well paid because I'm very much a glass half-full person, & the sun always shines in my life.

I probably DO get well paid for what I do, but it's all about how we perceive our lot in life. I've only had 4 jobs in my life, the first lasted 5 years, the next 13 years, then a 25 year stint until I (very briefly) attempted to retire, then 18 years here, & in my mind - & probably in reality - I believe I was well paid in all of them.

We all get dealt much the same cards in life, we just play them differently. Not digging you out, but you are all doom & gloom, I'm the exact opposite, I wake up smiling, look forward to whatever is in store each day, & go to bed smiling. Rinse repeat.

    Yes, they do.

i don't mean a random card generator that generates all of the cards in the hand but all linked to the flop, turn and river. i mean a random card generator that randomly generates each card at a time. it seems to me like each hand has cards that are generated for the hand. it's hard to explain. i hope you know what i mean. and i hope that you are right because i don't want to be right. i want to be wrong and Sky Poker use a random card generator to generate each individual card instead of generating each players hole cards for the board in that hand.

Well I'm truly sorry to hear of the problems in life you've had, but I've also had more than my fair share, my childhood was beyond horrific, but you have to make the most of what life serves up & I've overcome them. Life without money? Been there, done that, trust me.

Life presents all sorts of challenges, we just have to deal with them. Here in the UK it's about as toasty as it gets - imagine living in, say, Gaza, or Beirut... It's all relative.

I tire of explaining this "Sky Poker is rigged" nonsense, but I'll explain something one more time.

Sky Poker is ultimately owned by Flutter plc who are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

As of November 23, 2024, the market cap of Flutter Entertainment Plc (FLTR) was $37.97 billion

    That's billions, not millions.

They are the world's largest Gambling Business, & operate in at least 4 Continents - Europe, North America, South America & Australasia.

Theo own, literally, scores of businesses which in turn have hundreds of products, mainly Sports Betting, National Lotteries, Slots, Bingo, Online Casinos, Poker (including PokerStars) etc.

Of all those hundreds of businesses & subsidiaries, I'd guess - & it is a guess, I admit - that Sky Poker is far & away the smallest.

Do you really think Flutter would risk everything by getting involved in jiggery-pokery in their smallest Business Unit? It's unthinkable.

In the near 18 years Sky Poker has operated, it has dealt ~1.8 billion hands. That's 1.8 billion pieces of evidence. And nobody has ever produced one credible scrap of evidence of any malpractice by the Business. "Aces lost to Jacks" is not, I must tell you, evidence of anything except normality.

So, if you or anyone else has evidence - proper, credible evidence, not "my Aces got beat" - feel free to post accordingly. Until then, my view is that it's very wrong to point the finger of dishonesty at the Business or it's Staff. It would of course mean most of the Staff are corrupt too.

If you think Sky Poker is not kosher, I'm struggling to understand why you play here. There are hundreds of other Online Poker Sites, yet you choose one you think is not legit?

I've only had 4 jobs in my life, the first lasted 5 years, the next 13 years, then a 25 year stint until I (very briefly) attempted to retire, then 18 years here, & in my mind - & probably in reality - I believe I was well paid in all of them.

We all get dealt much the same cards in life, we just play them differently. Not digging you out, but you are all doom & gloom, I'm the exact opposite, I wake up smiling, look forward to whatever is in store each day, & go to bed smiling. Rinse repeat.

We don't get dealt the same cards in life. i have been bullied by straight males since i was in high school and had straight males who are strangers shout in my face as they drive past me. i was walking back from the supermarket walking to the traffic lights and a straight male who was a stranger shouted "oi" really loud down my ear. i have had people come into my life to cause problems in my life and then leave after the damage is done. i have had straight males do sxual things infront of me in public. i'm not going to tell you everything that has happed in my life because it's a lot and i'm probably not allowed to on the forum and also i don't want to talk about this anymore but i doubt that you have been targeted throughout your life.

Also, if you had very little money you would not wake up smiling and go to bed smiling. Life is horrible and boring without money.

Thanks and i'm sorry that you had a horrific childhood.

and yes i have thought about females who live in the middle east and other parts of the world who have worse things happen to them than what i have had happen to me.
Me too, but it made me a better, more resilient, person, it gave me character & backbone, & in a weird way, because of it, my life has been terrific. Money? I've been busto several times - proper busto, sleeping on the back seat of someone else's car busto - but fought back every time. And overcoming adversity in life is the greatest thing ever, it's the greatest "feel-good" there is.

As to those poor folks in the Middle East, I do accept that it affects some males & females disproportionality, but really I'm just thinking of civilians generally, all of them. Over 43,000 civilians have been killed in Gaza in 13 months. That's 14 times more than the number who perished on 9/11.

In the near 18 years Sky Poker has operated, it has dealt ~1.8 billion hands. That's 1.8 billion pieces of evidence.

Are we going to get a promo for the 2 billionth hand? So excited for this, I remember the excitement around the 1 billionth hand several years ago.
