Which begs the question, what is the weirdest/best/worst birthday present you've ever received?

My brother once gave his wife (now ex) a Tumble Dryer as a Christmas present and it wasn't even a full sized one but a counter top one, let's just say that it wasn't very well received but on the plus side his clothes were dried quicker than normal that year... :D
    No wonder.
Was that done using the tumble dryer, or a bit of petrol, and a box of matches.

To this day (this was back in 80's) he still insists that it was a good present as the house needed it and it'd make her (the wife)'s day easier...Which to be fair ain't too far from the truth... :D

    I'm not the pheasant plucker,
    I'm the pheasant plucker's mate,
    And I'm only plucking pheasants
    'Cause the pheasant plucker's late.

    I'm not the pheasant plucker,
    I'm the pheasant plucker's son,
    And I'm only plucking pheasants,
    Till the pheasant plucker comes.

Played my 9th round of the year on the Ian Woosnam Course at Dale Hill, Ticehurst in East Sussex, and thinking I'd forgotten how to play.
    Then this happened,

    My best round ever.
Got cut 2 shots for an "exceptional score" and 1.8 for the 85.
Have to play off 20.8 now. That feels a bit more like where I'd like to be.

Yesterday I released these two and another one not in the photo. We were a sort of half way house for 3 abandoned fox cubs. Today one came back to stay in the pen as she felt safe there, they can do so for up to a month apparently.
