    I have a theory that accounts for 1/3 of the observed results:

    If your name is Merenovice you always cash, if you name is LML you don't.

    Now we just need to find the missing rules to account for the other 2/3.

    I'm sure that even Stephen Hawking has bad days when none of his theories prove correct.
    Of course, the benefit of his theories is that very few people can understand them and generally they're impossible to prove one way or the other.
