Nice post Any merit in : 1) Flatting his bet on the river to see what he had to give yourself more info on him? 2) Re-raising bet on river (rather than shoving) to see if he calls?
this thread is pretty pathetic. why are you ragging on a guy posting simple concepts for beginners to understand when clearly none of it applies to 95% of you posting. post up your own analysis of board textures/hand values/ranges etc or stfu it's boring to read. that youtoob vid is hilarious, though. 'ragging' on this guy because of some of his posts:
'best thing to happen to sky poker since TK' etc etc...
And i do post stuff on here. Appreciate you standing up for him though, how much did he have to pay you?
seriously blackfish, whilst you might not find his posts helpful im sure plenty of other people do.
yes he comes across as an arrogant monkey and some of his posts non poker related are as usefull as a chocolate teapot but for whatever reason hes taken the time to post some strats and advice for people, you'd do well to appreciate the time he takes and if you dont like it dont bother posting back

1) the aim for us when playing a hand is to get the most money we can from each hand. If you play with this player on a regluar basic, just flatting instead of rasing for the last $7 may be more ev+ in the furture, as you have a soild read on how they played what had they showed. They could of have a busted draw, small PP, middle pair.
2) there was only $7 behind into a pot of $92 , so the min bet i could make would put us both all in regardless.

awesome phrase don't agree with the whole sentiment of the post though.
The idea that this thread teaches 'maximum expectation' is just ****. When you have the nuts trying to get ALL your money isn't the most ground breaking tip.
The post could be summed up with don't raise turn in case he folds, he wont suck out too much, profit maneys.

Harvey tbf i thought it was standard how you played the hand although it is nice to see the thought process
