    Just played a sat to the primo. Got disconnected 4 times. Final table and huge blinds - 3 lost hands costs you a mountain of chips and gives you very little chance.

    Sky need to sort this out asap or they are going to lose a lot of customers, me included.

    as normal no response from sky, quick enough to move my thread from general chat to here, but can they be bothered to let the ones that count KNOW WHAT`S HAPPENING  obviously they don`t give a rats rear ABOUT US,i calculated with yesterdays i`v lost a min win in the two deepstacks £10ish with max win £35 and that`s not including low stack cash where it froze as well , so sky hope your happy i`v wasted £12  and nothing in return because  off the freeze, that`s one **** off a rack you have had off me

     thats why im not bothering with anything not wasting my money because of there problem that they cant admit or let us know whats happening!

    Hi,

    Firstly, apologies for the delayed response. I have been trying to look into the freezing tables issues but i'm not having much look in recreating these, in any browser.
    Can i ask that when you experience this you provide as much detail as possible (i know this is said often but it is very difficult to investigate without this, especially if we are unable to recreate here, needle in a hay stack basically!), tournament/table ID and the times are important as we can pass these on to support to look at the logs to see if anything stands out.

    I was on google chrome and at the top of the page where the https part of the web address goes, a red skull and crossbones appeared.  It was only on the sky poker web addresses and not on any other websites I had running at the same time. 

    Thinking its probably not good, I downloaded and started to use firefox.  When playing on the poker tables this evening, a message came up that firefox had detected a problem with the java add-on when using the site.

    (a) Any ideas about the skull and crossbones?
    (b) Any ideas about the java add-on problem?

    Played 1 game tonight to see if the issue had been resolved, doesnt seem to be fixed 1 DYM game played and yet another dc ( i only had this one table running at the time).  This time i wasnt in the hand but it did involve another all in /call from another 2 players, which seems to be mainly when it happens to me, big pots or allins or maybe its just my imagination. 

    Have no idea how to take a screenshot but the hand id was ......0289702470

    i was in the deepstack at 9.15pm 5 times the screen froze and i was in blind every time it`s really annoying now, the first time it froze was right at the start when in b/b 9.15 the other times it froze was 10.10pm 10.48pm 11pm and the last time was at start after the break at 12.27am luckly i manage to cash in this one,

    I had complete FF lock ups tonight a few times.  Generally when I have a few tables open and maybe a lobby and the main browser also.  I need to kill the FF process completely to recover.  Never had this in the past so I'll monitor the situation and if it continues I'll grab some info and post it up.

    this is realy anyoning now u still have the table frezzing about 16 times today love th site but i am so close to going it not funny when i am looseing money over this
