    same here on the phone cant get through won money and has not gone on account and my missus tried reg for 1200 bh and didnt reg but took 2 x £11???????!!!!

    i've been on phone 27 min now total disgrace no excuse. suppose its same when you ring sky with problems with set top box on hold for hal the night

    this happened a few months ago.  they sorted it out within a few hours FWIW.

    im sure they'll be just as prompt this time around

    Won 22 quid double up. no winnings in account. reg for 5 quid £200 guaranteed. took money no game. been on phone for 30 mins :(   221 in  a que for online assistance !!!!

    same here just spoke to cs and they said all funds should be back in the accounts by tomorrow , they also said that they was experiencing technical difficulties but i heard they bailiffs shouting in the back ground at tikay lol

    I have just spoken to cs and there response is :

    We’re currently having a technical issue which is affecting all our systems. Because of this our hands are tied till we can get the issues resolved, but we will be refunding everyone affected. Bet settlement is also affected so we will get everything settled as soon as the problem is fixed.
     I'm really sorry for this inconvenience

    so looks like no more poker tonight for us....
    at least we will get our money back :):)

    money back , but still can not enter any tourneys, telly still silent on the issue, may be no more sky for me, lost all trust. i think they should pay us all a bonus for the hassle

    Both mine and my other halfs money has been put back on to our accounts now so hope everyones is getting sorted out :)
