24th is like 4 wins back to back considering my previous form in this particular tournie. Exit hand was still an 80/20 tho FFS grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr bad beats r us.

Well done Mere for compiling this tho!

why don't we take last night as a trial run and delete all results and start again?

Good effort by all, & the head-turner was JAKALLY, who's not a young man, well into his sixties I'd guess.

DannyMcs is running well, good runs by FINS & MickJenn too.

I can only assume DaiBoot never played. I scanned the top 90 finishers, & there was no sign of him.

203 runners last night was excellent - the last three Mondays have resulted in 181, 179, & 172 last week, so although there's prob no connection to this League, it's good to see this Tourney get over the Guarantee on a Monday.

I gather Ricky Ponting said exactly the same thing yesterday.

    Well done Vince, yet again.
I was disappointed to finish just outside the cash - 32nd.  I ran into "red hot" mickjenn who went all in from SB as I was sat with AK in BB.  Of course Mick's Q 5 was always going to win as it proved when he hit 5 on river!  Somebody on the table did suggest that "he never misses".   Grrrrr!

    Thanks.
A good solid start by you but it's difficult to overcome luck like that.

Look at it this way; you're already miles ahead of Tikay.

    Nineteen tournaments still to go.
    Best eight results count.

34th last night will certainly help your average.
    You can do it!
    Best of luck.

I'd guess somewhere around 25 but there's lot of variables so take that with a pinch of salt.

I think goodylad had 31.5 or something in the other thread from the previous two weeks, and top 3 were in the 31-34 range.

Those were scores from the previous three weeks so they were the best eight results from a possible fifteen games.
I'd expect that the winning average from a four week league will be a little better. However, there are lots of variables: field sizes, number of games played, someone going on a heater, etc.

Just to make it clear in case anyone is in doubt, this league started yesterday. Any previous scores do not count.

Your 6th place yesterday puts you right up with the leaders at this early stage, obviously - nice one. Good luck tonight.

Fields on Tuesdays have been a bit smaller than other nights in the last two weeks so tonight may well be an opportunity to score some good points.

Cheers mate, gl to you too. But I FT'd in the tspc on friday too...are you absolutely sure you don't want to start the league from then? ;-)

Field is looking a bit sparse for tonight so far, could be excellent value. Well, apart from the fact the lobby is currently a whos who of people I don't want sat on my left :)

233 runners yesterday was, I think, the biggest ever turnout for the TSP Classic, though to be fair, the whole site was very busy yesterday.

Tonight will be my last night Online this week, as I'm doing the Show tomorrow, then Offline for three days, so I'll be having another bash.

If I can improve just a little on last night's effort, that'll do me. Can't win these things in Week One, just need to build up momentum.

That's a big once Vince.  I can't see the final 2 columns Score or Entries it gets chopped off at "S."  This is in FF and IE7.
