Ok after recently seeing Garentees of tournamnets being better on another site than here i decided to give it a shot for mtts only while still playing cash on sky.

Now im about 20 mins into a $20K GTD tournament i pick up KcAd - UTG(a shorty) shoves (this is 9 handed) +1 calls. Im +2 and decide flatting is probably best.

So i flat and 2 flatters behind. Flop is A22. Me an one other flatter get it all in. He has A9. turn J river 8

Now i busted. So confused i request my Hand History

This is copy and pasted.

Apparently i had Ks Th

Now i could understand getting a card wrong i thought i had AK but had K10

But since i use a very good 4 colour deck i know for a fact i had a BLUE ace.

Now complain about the service we get on sky - at least out hand history isnt tampered with.

i can guarantee that you had KT

    mistakes happen esp when multi-tabling.

which site was this on?  most sites save their HH information somewhere on your PC, somewhere that XYZpoker.com can't tamper with.

also why aren't we shipping in our AK all in pre???????????????????????????????

ok well google like XYZpoker local hand history.  they'll have it somewhere but there should be an easy option when you load up the software to find it.

A human being is at least a hundred times more likely to make a mistake than their software. Good luck, but I don't think you'll get far.

If it makes you feel any better don,    I was in a hand once on sky poker and would have swore I had aq,   I did win the hand tho,    I had a completly different hand,       the only reason I know I was wrong is because the way i won did not make any sense,      players were asking me and I told the hand as I saw it...lol,    but on my occassion other people saw my whole cards cos I got called down.      I was amazed that I realy saw to completely different cards.

    strange but true

    loll

Done it myself both live and online, mainly towards the end of a long long session.  As Scotty has said, that site is solid, you just made a mistake we all make from time to time.

looking back i still have no idea - i watched the graphicval hand history and it matches the HH shown above - just looks soo differeant to how i remember it - also looking at how it was played i had to beleieve i had the A - id never bet and call with less when a player was all in on that flop. Just seems soo spewy.
