1st of all I took a break, that didn't really help, then I switched to MTT's. Had some nice wins and sorted the BR out, but everytime I took 1 bad beat it would put my confidence down again. What I've found is if you truely are a winning player then play as many tables as you can, this way you don't have time to think about the bad beats and the more tables you do then the lower the variance. So strangley my advise when your confidence is low then play more (as long as you believe you are doing things right).
I've had the same thing for about 2 months now. 1st of all I took a break, that didn't really help, then I switched to MTT's. i think this is very good advice if im sitting on cash i often have a low stakes DYM on also just to prevent me doing anything crazy, also i do this whenever im trying to hold down a conversation so if you do have someone in the room with ya when this happens its probably because your not fully concentrating on poker
sometimes you just run bad mate just put one up in Beats, variance section which shows what I mean. can't find the other one where my aces were beat by 10 7! but the hand history only goes back a week for me
sometimes though the reason I was losing to "bad beats" was down to me and I posted hands in the clinic and got some good advice which I've tried to take on board and use. you do fall back into bad habits sometimes though! an earlier poster said look back at hand history which is a very good idea and one which i will try to use more as well!
you do find sometimes that you just play the hand wrong. what you think you know you don't. your read was wrong. or they just have the hand that beats you with the card that makes yours
taking a good break does sometimes work. you get the enjoyment back once things are back in perspective
good luck and i hope to join you at the "scary" heights of nl10 soon. LOL
I think its important to take a break and look back at the times where you have good results, and think about the style you played to get those results.
It maybe that you did well playing this style and started to get over confident, i.e if your a tight player and started played loose and vice versa.
Stick to your game and dont worry about being bluffed, sometimes even if you think are being bluffed its still best to let go especially if you have no hand or any draw, unless you have a really good read on your oppenent.
You will feel a lot worse if you make a hero call and it turns out the other player has the goods.
And as frustrating as it is sometimes, you cant control what other players do.

It will turn - look at @ElsaDog...?
Worry when it's your A2 against AK all in on an A high flop would be my advice.
